JOEY Essex dropped a huge hint he ‘knew Samantha Kenny’ before meeting her in the Love Island villa.
The 33-year-old Love Island bombshell is currently coupled up with Samantha, 26, after stealing her from Sam Taylor– resulting in the hair stylist being dumped.
He told Samantha ‘nice to see you’ when introducing himself to the group[/caption]But after making his shock arrival, former Towie star said something to make-up artist Samantha that suggested they’d met before.
While Joey told everyone else it was nice to “meet” them, when he got to Samantha he said: “Nice to see you.”
And the moment wasn’t lost on fans. Rushing to comment on social media, one said: “Why am I getting the vibe that Samantha and joey know each other already?”
Samantha now appears to be focusing completely on exploring things with Joey after initially admitting to being attracted to Ronnie Vint.
But she was branded “salty” by viewers after her reaction to Ronnie kissing Jess White on the terrace.
After finding out about the snog, Samantha took a sly dig at the couple and asked: “Who kisses on the first day?”
One said: “Samantha is a liar. You literally fancy Ronnie and almost choked when he heard he kissed Jess.”
And another said: “‘Who kisses on the first night?’ like she wouldn’t jump at the chance to kiss Ronnie if he made a move… Samantha is a little salty.”
During last night’s episode fans also thought they spotted the moment Samantha admitted she’s ‘playing up to the camera’.
When Joey pulled Samantha for a chat, she asked to swap sides so her “good side” was on display.
One fan wrote: “How aware of the cameras do you have to be to make sure you’re sat on your good side?”
Another said: “Sitting to show their good side? To the camera? They’re too aware of the cameras.”
