RUTH Langsford was still wearing her wedding ring as she appeared on QVC following her split from Eamonn Holmes.
The 64-year-old made her first TV appearance since she and Eamonn, also 64, announced their shock separation last week.
Loose Women anchor Ruth was on the shopping channel to promote her fashion range and put on a brave face while speaking to the viewers.
She looked stylish and comfortable in a pink sweater and white trousers and was still wearing her wedding ring.
Ruth previously shared a series of potentially cryptic posts as she arrived at the QVC studios.
She took fans along for the ride as she documented her day on her Instagram stories.
As she posed for a selfie in the lift, she captioned the story: “Yes….It has to be done!”
While Ruth could argue she was referring to taking a ‘liftie’, it was an interesting choice of words given her current situation.
Another of Ruth’s post could have been interpreted in a cryptic way too.
As she posed in various outfits from her clothing range, she wrote: “All my own work”.
On the surface, she is referring to the designs being her own creation,
But given how Ruth is aware all eyes on her every move right now, the caption could be viewed as a thinly-veiled reference to her being the driving force behind the split.
It has been reported that Ruth “orchestrated” the split while a devastated Eamonn “refused” to sign off on their joint statement.
Eamonn is also said to be “angry and blindsided” by Ruth’s decision to announce their separation.

December 2021 – After a year of being moved to the bank holiday presenting slot, both Eamonn and Ruth left This Morning.

The insider told the MailOnline: “Eamonn was left blindsided, it was awful for him.
“He literally found out about it a very short time before it was published – you’re talking hours.”
