LOVE Island’s Nicole Samuel has opened up sex in the villa – just days after it was revealed that islanders can go into the hideaway at any time.
A shock twist came earlier this week as show boss Mike Spencer told The Sun that the secret love den will always be open – but villa residents can only go in with someone who isn’t in their couple.
Nicole Samuel will be heading into the villa on Monday[/caption]While Welsh model and accounts manager Nicole , 24, is in the dark about this surprise twist at the moment, she shared her thoughts about whether she would go all the way in Majorca.
Speaking to The Sun and other press, she vowed to keep things family-friendly – and revealed the surprising reason why.
“It will be PG for me,” she insists. “At the end of the day I’ve got to think about future relationships.
” If I don’t find anyone in there, I’ve still got to come out and find somebody – so it will be PG with me with sexual interactions and stuff. Just personally I might not find somebody and then I’ve got to come out and find someone.”
There is one Love Island legend, however, who could potentially tempt her if she was to make a surprise return as a bombshell.
“I think Jacques [O’Neill] would be a good bombshell, he’s my type,” she smiles. ” A rugby boy type, so yeah definitely my type.”
As for how she feels about finding herself in a potential triangle in the villa, she is prepared for that inevitability.
Nicole says: “I’ve never been in a triangle, obviously it’s going to happen in there. You’re all in there for one reason and you’re probably going to like the same guy.
“There is no bitterness or nastiness. You go for somebody and they’re going to go for who they like – if it doesn’t work out, it’s not for you. Everything happens for a reason, move onto the next.”
While she isn’t going to fight over a fella, she is ready to settle down.
“I’m so done with being single, I’m ready to settle down and marry and have a life with somebody,” she admits. “I’ve been single for two years, I was in a relationship for four years before. In the two years, I’ve just been focusing on myself and going out and enjoying myself, that’s why I know I’m ready now.”
Nicole will need to expect the unexpected in the villa this year if show bosses’ recent comments are anything to go by.
Speaking from the Majorcan villa earlier this week, Mike Spencer told us: “We have changed up day one format too.
“There’ll be something very new, it’s not a public vote, but it’ll be a new way to couple up our Islanders.”
Nicole is a model and accounts manager from Wales[/caption] Former islander Jacques O’Neill is her type[/caption]He continued: “I hope it’ll shock the Islanders and I think it will because there will be an element of a new gameplay that will lead to their couples without them knowing it.”
As for the new hideaway rules, he explained: It’s now No Invite Needed. So it could be the sexiest series ever!
“I think the series is really sexy anyway but we’ll always take more. We want it to be fun. Young, sexy, single people come abroad and hopefully find love.”
Explaining the workings of the new format, he added: “At the moment, this is work in progress, but you shouldn’t be in a couple to go in there.
