FREDDIE Flintoff’s face injuries appear to be healing after the star’s horror crash filming Top Gear.
The former cricket superstar was left with facial and rib injuries after the car crash that almost cost him his life in December 2022.

The sports star was pictured today as he attended a nets session at Headingley, Leeds before the start of the T20 International later this week.
Freddie’s facial injuries appeared to be improving in comparison to the last time he was seen out and about.
In the new snaps, he kept his eyes covered by a pair of sunglasses but scarring could be seen around other parts of his face.
His nose appeared to still be damaged but significantly less so than when Freddie’s injuries were first seen back in September of last year.
Eight months on from those pictures, Freddie’s face appeared significantly less red with far fewer cuts as he had previously sported.
Freddie appeared in good spirits for his day out as he could be seen clutching a ball as he walked along a field.
He kept a smile on his face and cast a beady eye over the goings-on at the cricket ground.
The former England cricket captain Freddie was rushed to hospital after the 124mph crash at the Top Gear test track in December 2022.
He was injured in an accident at the Dunsfold Aerodrome in Surrey.
Freddie suffered several broken ribs and severe facial injuries that have left scars on his face.
Filming for the show Flintoff co-presents with Paddy McGuinness and automotive journalist Chris Harris was halted since the horror crash.
Top Gear was later axed largely as a result of the incident and the seven-figure pay out Freddie received from the BBC in the aftermath.
Freddie is planning to make a return to TV soon as his BBC show Field Of Dreams will air a second and third series.
The lasting damage to his face appeared to have been reduced[/caption]Freddie has just wrapped filming Field Of Dreams series two in India, which could air later this year or early in 2025.
It is understood that he has already signed on to shoot a third incarnation of the programme.
A TV insider told The Sun earlier this year: “This shows that Freddie isn’t just happy to return to the show, which is very close to his heart, but also that he’s quite happy to continue working long-term on programmes for the Beeb.
“It’s understood that, in addition to making the third series, he’s also considering a string of other projects they have offered him, but he’s taking his time and considering them all carefully.”
