CORONATION Street star Will Mellor shared a rare loved-up photograph with his wife Michelle on a romantic date night.
The actor beamed brightly beside Michelle at the four-star DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Brighton yesterday as he took a selfie.
Michelle looked glamorous with her hair tied back and a slick of rouge on her lips. She wore a black leather jacket with a fluffy collar while Will, 47, wore a zipped-up suede jacket for the picture in the lobby.
Disco classic Good Times by Chic was Will’s chosen anthem to soundtrack the night out.
The couple have been together for 25 years after first meeting on the set of Oh What A Night.
They got married in 2007 and have two children together.
While they look to have the perfect relationship now, Will recently admitted there’s been a number of break-ups over the years.
He told his Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps co-star Ralf Little: “We split up loads of times along the way… but only [over] minor bits and bobs.
“But you know what I mean when you start a relationship – long distance relationships are tough at first.
“I spend quite a bit of time away, especially with work and stuff like that.
“And that’s not terrible for a relationship. You know, it’s nice to miss each other. Sometimes I think if you’re each other’s pockets every day that you can get sick of each other.
“I’m not saying I do but she probably does me. I probably drive her crackers because I’m a nutter.”
Revealing the secret to a long and happy marriage, Will continued: “But I’d say what is important in a relationship is to keep dating. That is really important
“Don’t, once you get married, just go, ‘Oh that dating s**** done – I’ll go out with my mates.’
“You’ve got to date your wife. Every Saturday, unless I’m working away is our night.”
Cheeky chappy Will wished his wife a happy birthday two weeks ago with a series of snaps of her.
Since then he’s been getting his hands dirty at the family home helping tradesmen to renovate the large back garden.
Earlier this year Will and Michelle soaked up some winter sun in Lanzarote.
Will revealed he was staying in a luxury villa and talked about the importance of “recharging your batteries.”
The actor then encouraged his fans to jet off on holiday, and “get out of the rat race“.
He ended the short clip with: “Go grab life people, make some memories!”
Last summer, Will defended himself after enjoying another family trip abroad.
In August, the former Strictly star called his followers out after he was accused of “always being on holiday”.
Will told the trolls: “I post pictures and videos of me enjoying my time with my family away and all that stuff.
“And I’ve had a few comments saying ‘you just spend your whole life on holiday, it’s alright for you’,” he said in a mock whiney voice.
“As if. I work away a lot and I don’t see my family when I’m working away and I feel a bit guilty.
“So when the summer comes around and my daughter is off school, I try and take off as much as that time as I can so I can just spend quality time with my family and make memories, enjoy it and grab as much of it as I can before I have to go back to work and then I don’t feel so bad.”
