AMANDA Holden and Alan Carr have finally sold their 85p home – and the price is staggering.
The presenters left fans in hysterics when they bought another Italian run-down home to renovate.
Amanda, 53, and Alan, 47, bought an abandoned farmhouse for just €1 which worked out at 85p.
Fans were left stunned with the finished result as the brought life back into the incredible property.
The par managed to maintain some of the farmhouse’s original features such as wooden beams and tiles.
And now their efforts have paid off as it’s been revealed the abode has sold after two months on the market.
It was snapped up for an incredible €187,777 which is just over £165,500.
And in wholesome news all proceeds from the sale will go directly to Children In Need and Comic Relief.
Amanda and Alan will have their efforts forever remembered after fittingly naming the house Alamanda II.
Meanwhile, The Sun previously revealed how the pals will be back for a third series.
However, the show might need to be renamed as Alan has ruled out a return to Italy.
He said: “We’ve loved making two series of Amanda & Alan’s Italian Job, but we’re not doing a third there — we’ve done enough Italy now.
“I had a great time performing stand-up in Lisbon recently, so maybe the plan could be to restore a house in Portugal.”
