WHITNEY Dean looks set to be left devastated when young Britney is taken out of her care.
Fans of the BBC soap opera have seen over recent weeks how Britney Wainwright has been in the care of a pregnant Whitney and partner Zack Hudson.

In an attempt to keep things hidden, she has even pressured Sonia into helping her register her with the GP on the sly, especially given Britney’s recent Usher Syndrome diagnosis.
However, Whitney has struggled to keep the secrets hidden with more and more people beginning to discover what she has been up to.
With Britney now living with Whitney, she has been enrolled at the local Walford school.
As such, Whitney takes a meeting with her new teachers in upcoming scenes in order to discuss a health plan with them about her Usher Syndrome.
However, a shock revelation seriosuly derails the meeting.
Reiss puts his foot in it and reveals that Whitney is in fact not the mother or guardian of Britney to the teachers.
Unaware of this, Whitney is shocked when social services unexpectedly rock up and insist they must take Britney away.
They say that until they have heard from Keeley that Britney is not safe in the care of Whitney.
Recently, Britney caused chaos when she crashed her bike on the square.
Britney opted to set off at speed on the bicycle as she zoomed down the street with Whitney and Zack looking on.
At the same moment, Billy Mitchell was preparing to head outside and decided to jog across the road without looking where he was going.
It caused disaster as Billy clashed into Britney and her bike as she tumbled to the ground as she recoiled in horror.
A production error then occurred whereby an added extra line of dialogue was included when Britney uttered: “No my leg hurts.”
Fans were quickly left in hysterics at the error that added an unexpected hilarity to proceedings.
