The 20-year-old actor and model joined EastEnders in 2022 as Freddie Slater.
Bobby’s work on Curfew and successful stint on last year’s Strictly Come Dancing has seen the young actor be away from EastEnders for a period of time.
However, he will soon be making his Albert Square comeback alongside a show legend.
In Curfew, he has been cast as James, described as a ‘vocal schoolboy’ advocating the curfew should be abolished.
Filming for the show began earlier this year.
In Curfew’s plot, a woman’s body is discovered brutally murdered in curfew hours.
While veteran police officer Pamela Green believes a man to be responsible, proving a man committed the murder could bring The Women’s Safety Act crashing down.
Powerful forces are determined to make the curfew a success and will do what it takes to silence Pamela.
Former EastEnders stars Lucy Benjamin, Larry Lamb and Anita Dobson have also signed up to Curfew.
Lucy, who played Lisa Fowler in EastEnders, plays DCI Sue Ferguson, who is overseeing Pamela’s investigation.
As for Larry Lamb, he’s playing Rhys Holden, whose family arrive in the UK from America and have to adjust to the curfew system.
In addition to playing villain Archie Mitchell, Larry also starred as Gavin’s dad Mick Shipman in Gavin and Stacey.
Anita Dobson, who played Angie Watts in EastEnders, takes on the role of Janet, who runs a ‘motherhouse’, a refuge-style home for women that don’t want to cohabit with men.
