ABBEY Clancy was left red-faced after a slip of the tongue on The One Show.
The model joined the sofa to talk about her latest podcast, Exhibit A, where she interviews people at the top of their game.
Abbey was joined by Chris O’Dowd, who was plugging his brand new Apple TV+ show The Big Door Prize.
When she was asked by Jermaine Jenas to reveal who might be joining her on the pod, she ended up putting her foot in it with the actor.
“So we’ve got so many different guests who are all at the top of their game, from sports stars to doctors, to Hollywood stars..” she said glancing to Chris.
“Not you,” she laughed, playfully nudging him.
“But you can come on if you like,” she quickly added, to which a bemused Chris replied: “Thanks..”
Former professional footballer Jermaine also appeared to be a little sore from Abbey’s comment.
“We both got insulted in that as well by the way… ‘sports stars, Hollywood stars but you’re not invited'” he mocked.
“She slightly shaked her head at both of us!” Chris laughed.
Chris has starred in huge films including Bridesmaids, This is 40 and The Boat That Rocked.
He soared to fame for his role on The IT Crowd alongside Richard Ayoade.
He now lives in America with his wife Dawn O’Porter and their sons Art and Valentine.
Abbey’s new podcast will be her first solo project following the success of her and husband Peter Crouches Therapy Crouch.
She said that she wanted to speak to people that she felt “enriched and inspired” by.
The mum-of-four said that Pete took it to heart, joking that he “doesn’t enrich her anymore”.
She said her first guest on the show was Mo Gawdat, the former head of Google X who tragically lost his son in 2014 when he was just 21.
He went on to re-discover happiness and has made it his life’s mission to help others to do the same.
Abbey recently revealed that in the 20 years they’ve been together, Peter has only apologised a handful of times.
In the most recent episode of The Therapy Crouch, the couple shared a deeper insight into their arguments.
During the agony aunt section of the weekly show – dubbed the Agony Ab – a man wrote in to reveal that he had been sleeping on the sofa for four nights after upsetting his wife.
Peter, 43, was quick to chime in that he’s “been kicked out of bed when he didn’t do anything wrong” – but Abbey, 38, set the record straight.
“I hate sleeping on my own,” she revealed.
“Even if we’re not talking, I’d prefer Pete to be in bed with me because I don’t like sleeping on my own.
“Pete punishes me in a different way by putting on the pyjamas… which is just pathetic.”
She was referring to another episode where the couple revealed how ex-England ace Peter puts on his passion-killing pyjamas in a strop if they have a row.
Not only does he “punish” Abbey with the pyjamas, but he also doesn’t say sorry… even when he’s in the wrong.
“I would love a mature argument – I can’t stand carrying it on for days,” Abbey continued.
“I’ve got friends who don’t speak to their husbands for two weeks. You know, just silent treatment.”
She went on to poke fun at Peter for being “so moody” and stubborn when it comes to apologising after an argument.
“I can honestly say in 20 years, I can count on my fingers – on one hand – the amount of times you’ve said sorry,” Abbey said.
“You don’t say sorry.
“Even when you’re wrong, you don’t say sorry.”
