TV chef Dave Myers left a £1.4million windfall for his wife — with her being named sole shareholder of his firm after his death.
Paperwork filed last month confirms the ending of the Hairy Bikers star as a person with significant control of Sharpletter Limited.
Wife Liliana, 57, has been given full control of the company.
Former prosthetics make-up artist Dave, who found fame in the cookery duo with pal Si King, died of cancer in February aged 66.
Liliana was made a director of Dave’s production company shortly before he revealed his diagnosis in 2022.
She also changed her nationality from Romanian to British that year, documents with Companies House show.
And she has taken over Dave’s shares in the firms he co-owned with presenting partner Si, 57.
Dave and Liliana met during filming of Hairy Bikers in 2006 in Romania, where she worked in a hotel.
The couple married in 2011 and Dave became stepdad to her two children.
After his death, Liliana wrote online: “Rest in peace, my love.
“My wonderful, brave man! Till next time we meet!”
Details of his will are yet to be made public.
