A FORMER EastEnders favourite is mingling with showbiz royalty on the set of his new movie.
Toby Alexander Smith, who played Albert Square’s Gray Atkins, captured himself with the “truly wonderful” star as they enjoyed a break between rehearsals.

A second image captured his wife Amy and their daughter Bonnie joining them.
In his caption, Toby wrote: “On set working with the truly wonderful @joancollinsdbe joined by my beautiful girls @amyvwalsh.
“Even Bonnie was in awe!”
The movie is still in production and details of Toby’s character have yet to be revealed.
Yet some of the filming has been taking place in Prague.
Earlier this year, we reported how he would be starring in a Jane Austen movie.
The film is a new adaptation of Pride and Prejudice and Toby played Mr Bingley.
Fond farewell
Toby quit Albert Square in 2022.
His sick serial killer character was finally caught by police and carted off.
Gray is currently serving a life-sentence for the murders of his wife Chantelle, Kush Kazemi [Davood Ghadami] and Tina Carter [Luisa Bradshaw-White].
At the time, Toby exclusively told The Sun of his plans during his time off-screen.
He said: “Changing nappies, breast pumps and not getting any sleep probably.
“It’s all good. I’m very happy using this time now just to be present with Amy and Bonnie and I’m just loving every second of it.
“Who knows what’s around the corner but for right now I’m very happy to just be a full-time dad.”

Fan fear
Meanwhile, Emmerdale actress Amy sparked fear among fans as she admitted relationship difficulties with Toby this month.
The actress, who plays Tracy Robinson in the Dales, and former EastEnders villain Toby, 33, married in sun-drenched Montenegro in August.
Appearing on Lorraine, Amy, 37, admitted married life hasn’t been easy due to the couple’s manic work schedules.
She told stand-in host Christine Lampard: “I’ve barely seen him since we got married so… we do feel like newlyweds.
“We’ve not even been together that long, in the grand scheme of things, so our relationship is still quite new and fresh but when you throw in a toddler in the mix and work commitments then it’s crazy, but we’re trying to get some time for each other. It’s hard.”
Amy said that the wedding was the last period of “quiet time” the family has had together and revealed she and Toby have been like passing ships.
She continued: “Then I went full throttle into a massive storyline. I barely saw either of them, and he then flew to Bulgaria and did a film out there and it’s been constantly like that and it is a struggle.
“I don’t have family around me to help. It’s tricky, but you do it.”
The pair have been together for four years after meeting in the audience of Strictly Come Dancing back in 2019.
They welcomed daughter Bonnie in December 2021.
