Clutching the order of service, Megan was seen catching up with friends outside, enjoying a gossip before she headed home.
Megan seemed in good spirits despite the hospital dash that she declared a ‘nightmare’.
Megan revealed she was expecting her first baby with footballer beau Oliver Burke at the beginning of April.
She’s since been keeping fans updating with all the ups and downs of pregnancy, which included a nasty infection and then also a hospital dash after she suffered an allergic reaction.
Sharing a video from her hospital bed, Megan revealed she’d had a bad reaction to medication she’d been given and needed to be looked after.
Megan explained her stomach doubled in size and revealed she was terrified about how it would affect her unborn baby.
Shortly before that, Megan also posted an Instagram Live – where she’s taken to sharing the easy-to-cook recipes she makes for her and Oliver – to explain she’d also contracted a nasty UTI.
She continued: “My body is hypersensitive and it is more scarier having that because I worry about it affecting the baby but after speaking to the doctors at the hospital they said it can’t actually affect the baby having an allergic reaction.
“So that’s why I haven’t been on here but I feel so much better and I’ll be back cooking my dinners for everyone.”
The baby comes after a whirlwind romance with Oliver, who got down on one knee on June 14 of last year while they holidayed in Montenegro after just five months of dating.
After the pregnancy announcement, the former X Factor Celebrity winner took to Instagram again opening up about her experience with IVF in order to concieve.
In a video, she showed Oli helping with her injections to prepare her body for the egg retrieval process and thicken the lining of her uterus.
Megan explained her battle with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) meant she knew getting pregnant wouldn’t be easy.
On the advice of doctors, the couple froze eggs before preparing her body for fertilization, ensuring the best chance of conception.
Thankfully it was a success, and now the couple are busily preparing the arrival of their first child.
