THE KIDS from the cast of Outnumbered recently got back together for a spin-off where they watched back old scenes from the sitcom.

The BBC comedy about the fictional Brockman family was at its most popular between 2007 and 2016, before it went into hiatus.

It followed the lives of a typical British mum and dad as they attempted to make it through the chaos of raising three children relatively unscathed.

Now the child stars who played young Jake, Ben, and Karen are adults – and almost as entertained by those scenes from their childhood as their audiences were while watching them play out.

The actors recently participated in a Comic Relief special called Rewind which saw them relive some of their favourite moments on screen.

It is set to air in three parts on the British charity’s YouTube channel.

The first clip will be released on Sunday, June 16.

During the shoot all three stars rewatched their Red Nose Day and Sport Relief Outnumbered episodes, sharing what they still remember from that time.

Daniel Roche, who played middle child Ben, gushed: “The main memories I have from filming the Comic Relief specials are all the fun we had on set, joking around and working with celebrities like Andy Murray, Frank Lampard, and Christine Lampard.

“It was such an incredible experience, and they were all so funny!

“Being part of Comic Relief’s Rewind series has been amazing, giving us a chance to reminisce and laugh together over the content we filmed 12 years ago.”

Tyger-Drew Honey had equally fond memories from his role as the oldest son Jake.

He added: “Being a part of Outnumbered was an amazing experience. It was such an iconic show that resonated with so many people because the Brockmans were the quintessential British family.

“Filming the Comic Relief specials was always a unique experience, where we would come together after months of filming. I remember being 10 years old and thinking, ‘Wow, I get to be a part of something really special.'”

Ramona Marquez, who was the baby of the family, admitted that she finds it comforting to return to the world of the show.

“I do sometimes watch Outnumbered again,” she shared.

“It’s comforting to see it, even though I was in it! I like being able to watch us all grow up on screen, and I love being able to see Hugh and Claire; they were always joking around on set and creating such a relaxed and fun environment for us and the crew during filming.”
