CORRIE viewers were left in fits of laughter over an extra who got a prominent role in the hospital after Ken Barlow’s horror fall.
The poor man was left bleeding from the head after tumbling down a set of stairs.

Yasmeen came to visit him in hospital and receive an update on his condition.
While fans anxiously listened to hear what the doctors told her, they couldn’t help but notice another character who took centre screen during the pivotal moment.
One person took to social media to point out the overwhelming presence of a random man in A&E with a bandaged wrist, joking: “And the British Soap Award for Best Actor in a Non-Speaking Role goes to…Man in A&E With a Sore Wrist!”
A Corrie viewer responded, giggling: “Wow, extras! Raising those production values!”
Another added: “Stole the scene!”
A third admitted: “I was so distracted by ‘Arm Injury Guy’.”
Others seized the opportunity to make a pun, laughing: “Gotta hand it to him!”
The extra could be seen silently groaning and clutching his wrist as Yasmeen spoke to a doctor.
The medic told her Ken’s dizzy spell was likely caused by low blood pressure, adding: “We’re running more tests. He sustained a mild concussion. He’s also fractured his pelvis I’m afraid.
“It’s minor in the scheme of things, but we will be admitting him – for 48 to 72 hours.”
