CELEBRITY Gogglebox fans are begging producers to sign a huge Scottish legend.
The showbiz edition of the Channel 4 hit returned to screens on Friday.
Reviewing the week’s telly was Rylan Clarke and his mum Linda plus Happy Mondays frontman Shaun Ryder and bandmate Bez.
Jane McDonald and best friend Sue as well as Gok Wan and Ferne Cotton also entertained Gogglebox viewers.
On the opening episode the armchair critics chewed over the latest telly pickings including MILF Manor, Canal Boat Diaries and the BBCNews.
However fans took to social media and had their say on who they’d love to see reviewing what’s on the box.
One demanded: “Get Billy Connolly on Gogglebox.”
Another said: “The Big Yin would be hillarious.”
A third wrote: “Get Billy Connolly on the sofa.”
It comes after Gogglebox fans threatened to boycott the show over one celeb couple’s appearance.
Posting on social media, one Celebrity Gogglebox fan said: “Oh my goddddddder, you’ve just ruined one of my favourite shows.”
“God no I’ll just go back to watching old repeats of Gogglebox,” raged another fan.
