Those that have been tuning into the hit ITV2 dating show have begun to notice a pattern with the ending of the programme’s episodes and it includes a major format shake-up.

Eagle-eyed fans have been quick to point out that the show’s infamous ‘tomorrow night’ title card has been dropped.

Love Island often opted to use this at the end of virtually every episode in a bid to tease all the drama and antics still to come.

It saw the show’s voiceover host Iain Stirling boom out the words ‘tomorrow night’ often followed by a dramatic clip to air in the following episode.

So far, this series has opted to drop any early previews and instead always cuts straight to the credits leaving fans crying out for a teaser of the action.

It has seen even sharper cliffhanger endings with many fans begging for it to make a comeback.

During last night’s episode when Islanders Mimii and Omar were left ‘stealing’ someone else’s partner, many Love Island watchers were hopeful that they wouldn’t be left waiting on the edges of their seats.

Hitting out at the lack of the ‘tomorrow night’ end card, one furious fan shared an image of the infamous end screen and wrote: “Bring them back otherwise i’m complaining to ofcom, STAT!!”

Another went on to add: “Where are the tomorrow night previews, Yoh this is so annoying.”

A third fumed: “So like…. Where are the challenges and “tomorrow night”s??”

Whilst a fourth penned: “What’s up with love island dragging out the episodes and leaving it on a cliffhanger like you had the whole episode to get to the nitty gritty all the extra boring fillers are unnecessary and I hate that we haven’t been getting Any ‘tomorrow night’ those were juicy… #loveIsland.”

Last night, the villa was thrown into chaos when the single pair were told they were vulnerable and at risk of being booted out off the island.

After receiving a text the stunning mental health nurse, 24, and hunky PE teacher, 25, were forced to weigh up their options – whether to break up another couple or form a new one together.

Before the adverts rolled Mimi and Omar approached the firepit and told the Islanders they would be breaking up two couples.

It left fans on tenterhooks to see who they would pick with it looking increasingly likely that Mimii could be running back to her previous partner, model Ayo.

Despite the decision, new villa heartthrob Omar had made clear that he would enjoy being paired with Mimii if he had the chance.
