LOVE Island bombshell Uma Jammeh’s arrival is set to throw a spanner in the works – and Joey Essex is already left fuming.
The TOWIE favourite, 33, is the first ever celebrity star on the ITV2 series, and currently seeing sparks fly with Samantha Kenny, 27, in the villa.
Yet after Uma’s explosive arrival last night – which saw her snog every male contestant– her saucy antics are causing havoc for his partnership.
In a Love Island teaser, Joey tells make-up artist Samantha that Uma whispered: “I’ll see you later” in his ear.
After picking up on signs the Liverpudlian is irked, Joey promptly asks: “Why are you getting the hump anyway?”
He continues in a chat with the lads: “The whole time I’ve been here, I’ve been very transparent.
“I’m keeping my options open and talking to everyone.
“Obviously, I’m coupled up with Samantha but this always happens.
“I’m really trying my best here to not dive in deep and it’s still happening.”
Ciaran then asks Joey, “Do you think that’s a bit of an eye opener though? If it’s like this now, what could it be like in a week in here?”
Joey says: “I don’t want to be closed off right now,” leaving his relationship status with Samantha questionable.
WREAKING HAVOC
Model Uma locked lips with all six lads in a shock twist on Wednesday’s episode.
She firstly picked Ayo to take to the Hdeaway.
As he took off his blindfold, he saw Uma and said: “Oh my goodness darling, you’re sh***ing me,” as they walked off.
“Oh my word,” he added.

Ahead of her stint on Love Island, Uma also admitted: “Now is a good time for me, I’m young.

“I’m ready for a boyfriend.”
