“I know you feel the same way. I see the way you look at me. I love you. I still love you George.
“Nothing’s changed for me, I just want to be with you. All I think about is you.”
However, George turned her down and she fled in tears, but was soon consoled by her former stepson, Junior Knight.
Within minutes, the pair were all over each other in Beale’s Eels in a shock twist.
But in upcoming EastEnders scenes, Cindy remains with Ian and puts him on a new fitness regime by sending him to the Boxing Den with their son Peter.
However, Peter soon leaves to see Lauren Branning, and so Junior is left to train Ian.
But the shop owner soon ends up injured, and when he is brought back to their house, Cindy orders Junior to leave.
Ian plays up his symptoms to get attention, but Cindy is soon forced to head out and apologise to Junior when her partner corroborates his story on what happened.
After a heated encounter, Cindy heads home to seduce Ian.
Is this the end of her liaison with Junior? And what will Ian and George do if they find out what happened between them?
It’s safe to say EastEnders viewers were shocked by her sudden romp with Junior.
Taking to X – formerly Twitter – one wrote: “I feel sick omg this Junior and Cindy scene #Eastenders”.
A second said: “Junior & Cindy are disgusting but especially Junior. #EastEnders”
Another added: “Junior and Cindy make me sick. Get them pigs off my screen #Eastenders”
