The 64-year-old, last seen in the soap in 2018, has been threatened with legal action.
Liquidators claim Lawson and his wife Debbie “may be unfit to be involved with managing the affairs of a company in the future”.

Northern Irish star Charlie set the firm up in 2010 with partner Debbie Stanley and was often seen behind the counter serving artisan cheese, meat and game.
He has previously suffered financial difficulties.
Lawson’s agent said “the matter is in hand and ongoing”.
