The hairdresser entered the villa tonight as one of the sexy singletons taking part in this year’s series.
Those watching at home are shocked that the hunk is JUST 23 years old.
One wrote on X: “What did Sam’s mam feed him for tea? 23!!!!! Christ on a bike #loveisland.”
Another chimed in: “How is sam 23 he looks 30.”
A third added: “#loveIsland SAM IS 23?!?!??! NO WAY.”
“Sam is not 23 omg what kind of lie…,” a fourth tweeted.
A confused viewer confessed: “Sam is 23???? not 42???”
After the official cast line-up was revealed last month, fans went head-to-head in the comments section in a fight over how old the contestants look.
Munveer Jabbal is the oldest contestant at 30, while Nicole Samuel is the youngest at 23.
Others couldn’t believe Harriett Blackmore’s ‘real age’ as she’s 24.
Meanwhile others were shocked when they discovered that Ciaran Davies is only 21.

But as viewers were getting stuck into their Love Island fix, ITVX suddenly crashed.
Many rushed to X to complain.
