According to The Express, he seemed to confirm that two iconic characters will be returning to the series.
The die-hard devotee mentioned that he saw Danny-John Jules who plays the role of Dwayne Myers as well as Ram John Holder who plays his father.
The character appeared in the final episode of the latest series of the show as Ralf Little and Josephine Jobert made their respective exits.
Dwayne was seen waving off his police colleagues, Neville Parker and and Florence Cassell as they sailed into the sunset for a new life together.
But the fan posted to a dedicate page on Facebook as he was pictured with Danny-John Jules and his on-screen parent Ram, according to the outlet.
He reportedly stood on the beach with a beaming Danny who was in casual dress made up of beige trousers and a white vest.
The star also wore a straw hat as the fan captioned the post: “The legend.”
He went onto post another picture in the comments section of the original post which featured actor Ram John Holder.
The other star was also dressed very casually in a flat cap which went alongside a pink floral shirt and brown trousers.
Often the cast themselves share behind-the-scenes sneak peaks of the new series and actor Don Warrington recently gave fans an exciting update.
His pictures showed his character is costume standing outside the infamous police station alongside the new chief detective, played by Don Gilet.
He also seemed to have confirmed that Ginny Holder will also be returning to the hit show as she reprises the character of Darlene Curtis.
