CHANNEL 4 has ‘axed Selling Super Houses after just one series’.

The six-part series hit our screens for the first time in August last year.

Selling Super Houses follows a group of eight estate agents trying to show that they can sell high-end properties to Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley.

It wrapped up on October 3 2023.

According to TV Zone, the programme will not be returning for another series.

The publication also reported that the show, which originally aired at 9pm, “shifted twice in the schedules”, moving to 10pm and then 11pm.

The Sun have contacted Channel 4 for comment.

Businessman Paul, who has appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, gave one of the property experts an opportunity of a lifetime.

Speaking about the new series of Selling Super Houses, Paul said: “After 12 years out of real estate, I feel the time is right for my return to an industry and city I love.

“When the credit crunch hit, I lost the business it had taken 15 years to build.

“I had no choice but to file bankruptcy and start again. The USA love a comeback story and afforded me that opportunity…

“Now it’s time for me to share my knowledge and help the next group of young aspiring entrepreneurs right here in the UK.

“I’m delighted to be teaming up with South Shore and Channel 4 as I embark on my new journey creating, moulding, supporting and advising some of the UK’s brightest new brokers.

“It’s going to be an emotional, fun, hectic ride.”

He was joined by Thea Caroll and Lonnée Hamilton on the judging panel.

The eight estate agents battling it out were: Colin Horton, Harris Vaughan, Bobby Izzard, Mairead Doyle-Heffernan, Pamela Mlunjwana, Raabia Ahmed, Rasa Bagdonaviciute and Stacey MacLeod.
