HOLLYOAKS favourite Jorgie Porter looked radiant as she cradled her growing baby bump in a sweet family photo.
The actress, 36, shared her happy news on the last episode of Drama Queens on Wednesday.
Jorgie showed off her blossoming baby bump in a white strapless maxi dress during a recent family getaway.
She posed alongside her fiancé Ollie Piotrowski and their 15 month old son Forest.
The trio were all smiles as they enjoyed a luxury staycation last week at Langdale Chase Hotel in Lake Windermere.
Jorgie beamed as she placed one hand on her stomach.
She wore her blonde tresses in an updo and opted for subtle makeup for the look.
The couple shared a post on social media earlier this week, writing “We’ve been keeping a little secret.”
Their famous pals rushed to comment on it, with Lucy Fallon writing: “Made up for you all.”
Tragic loss and baby dreams
Jorgie, who plays Theresa McQueen on the Channel 4 soap, previously opened up about her previous miscarriage.
The TV star sadly miscarried four babies after falling pregnant with quadruplets in 2021.
Earlier on in the series of Drama Queens, she admitted she was desperate for more children.
However, fiancé Ollie was hesitant, knowing that any pregnancy she has will be high risk and it could cost her her life.
“For me, talking about babies, I’m like ‘yes, let’s’. But Oliver, it’s a bit more of a tentative subject because he obviously knows the past situations, what we went through, also the risks,” she explained to the camera.
“I was high risk. I could have literally died, and the doctors were telling him that…”
Choking back tears, Jorgie took a moment to gather herself, adding: “Oh, I get sad, because I think about him.
“Also, I’ve got no one else to talk to about it. Because I’ve had no one go through… I never met another quad mum, and I’m actually probably a bit more upset for the loss of them now.
“Whereas at the time, it made more sense, but… it’s… when you think, ‘aw, there could have been a football team’.”
Elsewhere she’s seen discussing the possibility of more children with Ollie over dinner.
“For our baby to have siblings, and to have a little gang, I just think I’d be really excited if it happened,” she tells him.
“If it happens, then it happens, then it’s happened,” Ollie responds, laughing as he struggles to figure out what to say.
“It’s not like… I will be excited, but it’s scary. It is scary. It’s an emotional roller coaster.”
“I know it’s hard, but I just love it,” she adds. “I love it so much. I didn’t think I love it as much as I do, and I really really, really love it.”
“There’s nothing better than loving your kids,” Ollie admits. “It’s the best feeling in the world.”
Her pain
Speaking of the miscarriage to Fabulous at the end of 2021, Jorgie said: “It didn’t make sense. I’d not had any sign that things weren’t OK. No pain or bleeding, I was getting bigger, my boobs were growing, I had so much hair on my body and I still felt pregnant.
“When the consultant performed the scan then said: ‘You’ve miscarried,’ I was in total shock.”
“It was a grieving process, but only because I’d dared to imagine life with them in it,” she added.
“I’ve tried to come to terms with it by thinking: ‘They’ve never lived, I don’t know them,’ but it took Ollie to say to me: ‘You held them in you for three months,’ to appreciate the power of those emotions.”
