MEGAN McKenna appears to have hinted at the gender of her unborn baby by dropping a huge clue on Instagram.
The mum-to-be, 31, shared a series of snaps of her growing bump during her recent holiday in Dubai – and was inundated with messages from friends and fans.

Megan replied: “Can’t wait for you to feel them,” with a string of light pink heart emojis– suggesting she might be having a girl with fiancé Oliver Burke.
Birth debate
Alongside her snaps, the former Towie star said she is hoping for a natural birth and was not convinced on having an epidural.
She captioned the post: “Just hanging around being pregnant AF.
I’ve made my list of things I need to get….
“What’s the best cot? Best feeding chair? Best nappy bin? There’s so many to choose. Also as I’m doing my research I defo want an all natural birth.
“Can’t believe I’m saying that… but I’m not keen on the epidural.
“Gas& air will have to be the way forward (I know this may not be the way but this is what I would love…).”
But some followers were quick to tell the star to not knock it, which prompted Megan to reply “just my preference”.
Megan explained that she was still undecided, telling the keyboard warriors: “I’m very open minded but this is what I would love to happen to me.”
Megan added: “Whatever gets our baby out safe of course but a natural is what I am aiming for.”
What is the 'baby bump theory'?
Can the gender of an unborn baby really be determined by the bump?
Popular theory suggests a baby’s gender can be revealed by the shape of the mother’s bump.
For years, it has been claimed that the way a woman carries their unborn child can predict whether it is a girl or a boy.
If followed, the theory suggests the baby will be a boy if the bump is high and at the front. A lower, more spread out bump is said to indicate a girl.
But this really is just an old wives’ tale.
In reality, the only way of finding out the sex of an unborn baby is through medical screening.
This can be done several ways – via an ultrasound, a chromosomal blood test or through a CVS/ amniocentesis.
Food fears
The criticism comes after some fans wrongly flagged concern when she tucked into a prawn dish.
They deemed the food “unsafe” for the star – with one person commenting: “Don’t they day not to eat seafood when pregnant ie prawns etc.”
The NHS website states that expectant mums can eat cooked fish and seafood, so Megan was doing the right thing.
In pain
Megan has also suffered from bouts of ill health during her first maternity journey.
Meanwhile, she sadly suffered a second allergic reaction in two weeks earlier this month.
And today, she has had another root canal, telling fans: “Flew back to another root canal. I’ve just had to have my original tooth re done again. And now the tooth next to it. My teeth are not being my friend through this pregnancy, fml.
“My face is numb af and I’m in pain. Paracetmol ain’t touching the sides, but can’t take nurofen. FML again.”
