RUTH Langsford will be missing from duty on Loose Women this week following her split from Eamonn Holmes.
However, Eamonn – who is a presenter on GB News – will return to his regularly scheduled position, and is set to address the break-up.

They first got together in 1997 after being introduced via mutual pals, and share one son, Jack, together.
A spokesperson told fans about their split in a short but sweet statement.
It read: “Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have confirmed their marriage is over and they are in the process of divorcing.”
Eamonn has also moved out of the family home for a property nearby.
While Ruth has not made any public posts or comment in light of the break-up, Eamonn has seemingly carried on, even ignoring the news with an Instagram post on Saturday night.
Instead, he focused on the FA Cup Final, sharing a sketch of what appeared to be him with Sir Alex Ferguson.
When he returns to work on Monday, he is expected to address the split properly live on air.
A source said: “Eamonn is always frank on camera and knows it will be odd for him to discuss the day’s news without mentioning his split so he’ll say a few words.
“He is putting on a brave face and will be the true professional he always is. Focusing on work will be a welcome distraction.”
Ruth will not be in her anchor position on Loose Women this week, despite Eamonn continuing his work with GB News.
Sources said their work had taken them in different directions but they were determined to stay friends and keep things amicable.
One source told MailOnline: “Ruth and her team have been telling their friends to look out for the comments, which they are planning to put on social media.
“It’s a very sorry tale.
“They are both so loved by the British public, they won over so many people on This Morning which they hosted for more than a decade.”
