In the latest images, Paul was seen flashing his chest tattoos as he soaked up the sunshine in the UK capital.
He had a green jumper tied around his waist and a cream top draped over his arm as he strolled the streets in a pair of dark jeans.
The screen star looked content as he walked around the busy area in nude trainers, holding his lighter in his other hand.
Later in the day, when the summer-time chill hit, he wrapped the jumper around his shoulders as he headed to a cashpoint.
He was seen tapping away on his phone as he waiting for the funds to be released.
Later in the day, he was seen looking rathermore serious as he stepped out in a red sports jersey and checked trousers.
Paul appeared serious as he scooted down the road, clearly intent on running his errand as pals admitted they feared he is on a “downward spiral.”
TOUGH TIMES
Pals have opened up on their worries for The Revenant star.
They told MailOnline of his appearance in north London and said: “It’s heartbreaking. He’s a mess.
“His erratic behaviour is causing real problems. He often seems dazed and not with it.
“He’s had arguments with people locally. He walks around making a lot of noise.
“We are all very worried. He had a big argument in Tesco a few weeks ago.

“He is living like he is on another planet. He’s been in public topless. He struggles to walk.”
Another pal then added to the publication: “It’s a real downward spiral. He has gotten worse in the last few weeks.”
BIG SCREEN
It comes as rumours swirl over the cast in the Peaky Blinders movie.
Cillian Murphy, who plays Arthur Shelby’s brother Tommy, will reprise his role.
Writer Steven Knight confirmed shooting would begin in September and said: “He [Cillian] definitely is returning for it.”
Yet south London-born Paul’s spot on the flick hasn’t been confirmed, with worries his demeanour at present might mean he isn’t ready.
COURT HEARING
It comes after Paul was also up in court in January for possessing crack cocaine.
He was reportedly found with the Class A drug after emerging from a disabled toilet in his local pub in Hampstead, North London, on Boxing Day.
At the time, his lawyer told a court: “He is often recognised and does his best to please fans of the show by slipping into character.
“He was recognised that Boxing Day and tried to play up for these people.
“And because of the lifestyle he leads, people often give him inducements.”
Arthur Shelby took coke and boozed heavily in the fictional TV show.
SAD SPLIT
We previously reported how Paul had recently split from his jewellery designer girlfriend Steph Clark.
The Sun exclusively told how the duo broke their romance off before Paul was charged with possession of Class A drugs in December.
Their relationship was low-profile and the pair never spoke about each other in public.
At the time, a source said: “Paul and Steph broke up a while ago and long before he got into trouble with the police.
“She’s busy cracking on with her life and only wishes him the best.
“Paul has had a hard time but those around him are confident he’ll get back on his feet.”
