A PLACE in The Sun presenter Jean Johansson shared how she and her co-stars avoid having wardrobe malfunctions in the hot weather.
Jean, 42, has been part of the Channel 4 show since 2018.

Jean and her colleagues in alternating episodes provide the couples with useful information about buying and running properties in the specific area.
Speaking to The Sun’s TV Mag, Jean addressed how she and her fellow presenters pick the perfect outfits for the warm climates they work in.
Jean said: “We choose our own clothes, which are often decisions based on the fact it could be 38 degrees.
“Viewers can never get a sense of how hot it is! We are so good at dabbing ourselves down and hiding sweat patches!
“So, a lot of our decisions are based on: ‘How will this material breathe? This doesn’t have any arms. This is a good fabric for the sunshine.’
“Being stylish comes second to not melting in the sun!”
With six years under her belt in A Place in the Sun, Jean also discussed the possibility of exploring a different medium.
She shared: “I’ve been stepping into the radio booth for a bit of a play around.
“That’s really exciting and something I’ve never had the time to do and that hasn’t come knocking for me.
So, a step into radio could very much be on the cards.”
Previously, Jean revealed she has to wear the same outfit for six days straight while filming the Channel 4 show.
Speaking to OK!, she explained: “Because we want each show to look like everything happens in one day, we all wear the same outfits for six days straight.
“So the big secret of the show is that we stink.”
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays on Channel 4 at 3pm.
TV Mag is available for free every Saturday, only in The Sun.
