LOVE Island beauty Lucinda Strafford appears to have confirmed a secret feud with two of her villa besties.
The model spoke out on Ami Charlize’s Private Story podcast about the apparent bad blood, after delighting fans with a recent bikini snap.
Lucinda was great mates with Millie Court, centre, and Chloe Burrows, left, in the ITV2 series[/caption] They dubbed themselves the ‘naughty trio’[/caption] Lucinda failed to mention the duo in a recent podcast chat[/caption]Lucinda, 24, who shot to fame in 2021 on the seventh series of Love Island, told how she was closest to All Stars contestant Liberty Poole, also 24, from her season.
She didn’t mention former BFFs Millie Court, 27, and Chloe Burrows, 28 – with the snub leading some die-hard Love Island fans to suspect a feud.
During the chat, she said: “On Love Island UK I talk to Liberty quite a lot.
“You know what on TV you didn’t see how close we actually were.
“There were certain scenes in Love Island UK with Libs we had really funny times together and it just wasn’t shown.”
Host Ami told Lucinda how the cast appeared “quite grouped” on the series and said: “Kaz and Lib, you and your two [Millie and Chloe] it was kind of like you’d been sectioned off you know?”
Lucinda, wearing a pink top, jeans and Chanel earrings, interjected: “Yeah but I formed friendships with people that I wasn’t actually …
“I was close to all the girls to be fair.
“Obviously with editing and whatever they can portray people not to get along when we actually did.”
One fan was quick to suspect a spat and put: “This is why they say girl groups of 3 never workout.”
Another mused: “In the same way that Chloe didn’t mention Lucinda either when in her podcast she named the people from her season she’s still close with.
“What’s clear is they’re no longer friends, but nobody knows what happened.”
Whole lotta history
Back in 2022, the trio reunited as they hit the town together.
They flew to Ibiza to head to glamorous restaurant STK, where they were seen sipping cocktails and dancing on stage.
At the time, Chloe dubbed the girls her “soulmates.”
Later that year, Millie and Lucinda enjoyed a long-haul trip to Thailand.
At the time, Millie confessed: “I can’t tell you how freeing it feels to explore the world and see other cultures and the way they live.
“We’ve just come to a little island that a family live on with their pigs and it’s the best thing I’ve ever seen!!!!”
It came shortly after they joined together for Millie’s fashion launch.
The girls – dubbed the naughty trio – were also quick to reunite after the coronavirus pandemic for a boozy night.
Again Chloe posted a snap to her Instagram Stories showing the trio and a gushing caption which read: “I love you.”
Yet their solid friendship now seems to have quickly crumbled.
Love Island All Stars break-ups
Anton Danyluk and Georgia Harrison
Fans had hoped the popular pair would stand the test of time but just weeks after leaving the villa they called it a day.
Distance was said to be a factor with 400miles between their homes in Essex and Aidrie, Scotland, respectively.
But today Anton set the record straight on the What’s The Crack? podcast with his mum Sherrie-Ann.
He said: “I just don’t think there was really that romantic spark there. We did both try. At times it was there but just not enough for it to continue as a relationship.”
Jess Gale and Callum Jones
The fourth placed finishers always faced on uphill battle given many watching the latest series wanted Callum to reunite with his ex Molly Smith.
The fireworks from the Boohoo party row put an end to the romance before it really got off the floor.
Arabella Chi and Adam Maxted
This visually striking pairing bloomed late in the series. Despite forming a close bond in the villa, the couple quickly went cold in the real world.
Wrestler Adam was based in Northern Ireland while model Arabella moved into a new pad in London. Even though Adam revealed he was moving to Manchester, it wasn’t enough to save them.
They vowed to remain good friends and split on good terms.
Luis Morrison and Demi Jones
In another case of distance getting in the way, Luis admitted the 240 miles between Manchester and Portsmouth was just too much.
He told The Sun: “Me and Demi aren’t together, but she was a huge part of my Love Island experience and she is one of the most loveliest, most beautiful girls I’ve ever met.
“The connection was definitely there when leaving the villa too.
“But the distance was a killer for us both and wouldn’t of worked as we are both at different parts of the country, we both have really busy schedules coming off love island too.”
