A MTV star has barely aged a day almost a decade since appearing in hit teen comedy-drama Awkward.

Actress Nikki DeLoach, 44, is best known for playing the role of Lacey Hamilton in all five seasons of the nostalgic TV series, from 2011 to 2016.

Nikki appeared in a string of 00s TV classics, including US soap North Shore, where the Georgia-born beauty played the role of hotel bar waitress MJ Bevans, who aspires to starting her own clothing line.

She starred in the series from 2004 to 2005, alongside Aquaman actor Jason Momoa, 44, who played the role of Frankie Seau, the hotel bartender of the fictional Grand Waimea Hotel and Resort.

The ageless star took a series of radiant snaps which she shared on Instagram to her 200,000 fans earlier this week.

The LA-resident was all smiles as she went hiking with an iced coffee, looking strikingly similar to the age audiences first saw her over three decades ago during her 90s TV career launch.

In 2020, the Days of Our Lives actress told Retreat magazine that her secret to maintaining her flawless glow is “organic products such as Eminence face masks and my Dr Lancer Lift and Plump sheet mask.”

Nikki continued: “I have [SPF] 50 sunscreen that I put on in the morning, and I carry the Coola travel sunscreen mist that I re-apply through the day. I also use rose oil all over the body for moisture.”

NIKKI’S EARLY BEGINNINGS

The former child star starting dancing at the age of three, before including acting, modelling and singing to her range of skills.

At the age of 12, the multi-talented actress became a member of the now iconic sixth season of the All-New Mickey Mouse Club back in 1993.

The young talent would be in the right company, performing alongside then rising stars, Barbie actor Ryan Gosling, 43, pop stars Britney Spears, 42, Christina Aguilera, 43, Justin Timberlake, 43 and his future NSYNC band mate: JC Chasez, 47.

However, the mouseketeers collective joy would cut short after the series got cancelled the following year in 1994. A disappointed Nikki returned back to her local secondary school in Georgia.

The Walker, Texas Ranger actress returned to LA to give her Hollywood dreams another try.

Moving back to California paid off, when in 1995 she won a main cast role as the character Tracy in sitcom Misery Loves Company, followed by the role of Kristen in the film Gunfighter’s Moon that same year.

Nikki utilised her singing talent as a member of 90s girl group Innosence.

The group would be managed by the mother of her childhood friend and MMC co-star Justin, Lynn Harless, 63.

The pop band group opened for Britney Spears and NSYNC and had some success in Europe, but failed to create as much impact in America.

They would eventually disband in 2003, causing Nikki to focus more on acting.

NOUGHTIES SUCCESS

Nikki starred in a string of films in the 2000s, including the sequel to Sandra Bullock’s 1995 thriller film The Net, as lead character Hope Cassidy in 2006’s The Net 2.0.

The NCIS actress was also a regular cast member in TV soap Days of Our Lives, portraying the character Brenda from 2007 to 2009.

In 2015, she played the role of Cheryl in a one-off appearance in period drama Mad Men, before playing the character of Charlotte for one episode in medical drama Grey’s Anatomy that same year.

From 2011 to 2016, the timeless star performed in one of her most recognisable roles, as ditsy mother Lacey Hamilton in the MTV teen comedy-drama Awkward.

Actress Ashley Rickards, 32, played her daughter on the hit show.

STILL GOT IT

In recent years, the 9-1-1 actress has starred in a plethora of made-for-TV Hallmark movies including Curious Caterer: Foiled Plans released last month.

In 2009, the stunning actress married fellow 90s boy band member Ryan Goodell, 43, from pop group Take 5. They have two sons: William, 10 and Bennett Christopher, 6 and live in Los Angeles.

From the 2010s, Nikki balances both her acting work with more philanthropic efforts.

She is the President of Foundation Board of Trustees for Children’s Hospital L.A which treats children in the LA area, including her son Bennett, who the hospital provided lifesaving heart treatment for.

In 2022, long-time friend Justin Timberlake performed at a fund-raising event for the charity.

The Georgia-born actress seems to be defying the ageing process, began dancing at the age of three, before adding singing and acting to her CV
