The 25-year-old is a pro in front of the camera too, having collaborated with brands including Fashion Nova and Rihanna’s lingerie brand, Savage X Fenty, thanks to her agency, MM Models.
But fans couldn’t believe it when they saw the property Grace calls home.
With huge glass windows, Grace can soak the views of the Manchester skyline whilst having her morning coffee.
She showed off her amazing taste in interior design with trendy green kitchen tiles, sophisticated champagne glasses and delicate artwork.
Her kitchen has a breakfast bar with swivel stools and smart herringbone wooden floors.
Her apartment also has a private gym and shared luxury swimming pool equipped with a sauna.
She opted for a seventies-style living room, with a selection of unusual armchairs dotted around circular coffee tables.
As well as Grace, we revealed the first summer series contestant as Welsh rugby hunk, Ciaran Davies.
A source said: “Ciaran caught the eye of Love Island bosses immediately.
“He’s gorgeous with a fit athletic build that will send the girls in the villa wild, but he’s also a sweet boy next door from Wales to boot.
“He’s the kind of lad you could happily take home to your mum.
“He’s been in talks with bosses for weeks and is set to jet out to the villa in Majorca in the coming week or so.
“Right now, it’s unclear whether he is one of the OG line-up or a bombshell but he is a favourite with the casting team and is sure to make a big impression with viewers.”
We also revealed how series 11 will get underway on Monday, June 3.
Maya Jama will return as host and she looked red hot in the first official trailer for the series.
She could be seen wearing a silver boiler suit and chunky black heels while holding a huge flamethrower.
The TV beauty declared: “Where there’s love there’s fire” while Donna Summer’s Hot Stuff played – followed by the iconic Love Island jingle.
Bosses are expecting the new series to be the best yet, building on the franchise’s legacy.
Mike Spencer, Creative Director, Lifted Entertainment said: “Love Island is back and viewers are in for a big treat this summer as we have a villa full of sexy singles heading out to Majorca all looking for the one.
“We are planning to turn up the heat this series with brand new format elements, an incredible group of Islanders and an Insta worthy villa providing the most stunning backdrop for their summer of love.
“Strap yourselves in for Love Island series 11.”
