CORONATION Street villain Nathan Curtis has been brutally attacked – and fans reckon they know who’s responsible.
The vile abuser – who is played by actor Christopher Harper in the ITV soap – was badly beaten on the building site by a hooded figure in tonight’s episode.
Shortly before he had been chased off the cobbles by Daniel Osbourne, Gary Windass and Sarah Platt after he confronted Bethany.
Later after he had been beaten up and taken to hospital, Bethany got a call from police notifying her of the attack.
Bethany was furious and confronted Daniel for disappearing while she was sleeping in the flat.
He told her she had gone for a walk to clear his head but it was obvious she didn’t believe him.
And later when he was hauled in by the police under suspicion of attacking Nathan, Daniel was furious himself.
The officers walked into the pub to find Daniel trying to attack Ryan Connor for supporting Bethany after she had a wobble over Nathan in the street.
Daniel assumed Ryan had been sticking the boot in but the reality was different.
And when the police pulled him in he protested his innocence until they released him.
Back at his flat Bethany admitted that Daniel’s anger scared her.
“I don’t like that side of Daniel, it’s scary,” she said as he tried to insist she wasn’t scared of him.
And when he asked her if she thought he was the one who attacked Nathan, she told him she needed space and walked out leaving him crestfallen.
However, back at the Platts, Sarah found what looked like blood on David’s dirty jeans and accused him of attacking Nathan.
“I haven’t,” he said. “But I’ll tell you what, I’ll buy the bloke a pint who has.”
Does David know who attacked Nathan? And will he reveal all to Sarah?
