CORONATION Street stars shared snapshots of loved ones visiting the famous set while the show was snubbed at the BAFTA TV awards.
The long-running ITV soap was noticeably not nominated for the Best Soap Award.

Rivals EastEnders, Emmerdale and Casualty were in the running, with medical drama Casualty scooping the prize at last night’s ceremony.
It followed a year of change which saw original Casualty character Charlie Fairhead (Derek Thompson) exit the BBC series.
While not nominated, the cast of Coronation Street appeared to enjoy a ‘Corrie Funday’ on the cobbles.
Multiple cast members took to social media and shared posts of loved ones joining them on set.
Alan Halsall, who has played mechanic Tyrone Dobbs since 1998, posed with daughter Sienna-Rae outside Webster’s autocentre, where Tyrone works.

The pair also took a snap outside 9 Coronation Street, where Tyrone lives with partner Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) and their family.
Meanwhile, Billy Mayhew actor Daniel Brocklebank posed with partner Jordan Coulthard outside Billy, Paul and Summer’s flat on Rosamund Street.
Jordan captioned this post: “A picture on a fictional street outside the fictional flat in which my real life partner’s fictional character lives with his fictional husband and fictional daughter. This is real life.”
Additionally, Jordan shared a photo of himself and Daniel standing outside the Rovers Return Inn.

Bobby Bradshaw, who has played Jake Windass since 2018, shared a sweet picture with on-screen mother Cherylee Houston, who plays Izzy Armstrong.
He wrote in the caption: “On the cobbles with my on screen mum this morning.”
Actress Channique Sterling-Brown, who stars as DeeDee Bailey, also got in on the fun.

Taking to her Instagram stories, Channique shared a group photo outside the Rovers Return, writing: “Bring the gals to work day”.
The star also shared a short clip of her group enjoying the swings in the precinct.
Coronation Street airs on ITV and is available to stream on ITVX
