The new For the Love of Dogs host decided to give the space a glow up, and was left gasping in shock when she saw the end result.

They quickly got to work painting the white walls black, giving the room a more professional feel.
Then the workers redid the floor, installing a mixture of vented and rubber tiles that look like gym mats.
For a glamorous finishing touch a custom printed floor logo was also laid down which reads AM – spelling out Alison’s initials.
In a video taken by the team who remodelled the space, workout gear could be seen laid out next to a new custom infrared heater.
Alison has a hefty selection of gym equipment, including kettle bells, barbells, and weighted balls.
The team of workers also jokingly put up a cardboard cut out of the This Morning presenter before welcoming her in to see the transformation.
An amazed Alison exclaimed: “Are you joking?! Oh my.”
One of the men responded: “We’re actually jealous of it ourselves.”
Alison’s home renovations come after she received more backlash for her new role on For the Love of Dogs.
Fans have been unhappy ever since she took over from the late Paul O’Grady, harshly complaining that the series has lost its warmth because Alison isn’t as much of a dog lover.
She received a fresh wave of criticism yesterday, with viewers pointing out that they’ve noticed she doesn’t like to pet the dogs on the show.
