LAUREN Goodger fans have gasped in shock after the star posted a glam snap following her return to Towie.
The 37-year-old has undergone several procedures and experienced major life changes since her stint on the show over a decade ago.
Lauren posted a picture on Instagram but was bombarded with comments from trolls about her new appearance.
One user wrote: “Watched Towie 10 years ago, you’re unrecognisable, you were a pretty girl, what have you done to your face.”
Whilst another added: “Wow the filters are working well today !!!”
Some fans came to Lauren’s defence with one replying: “Keep your negative comments to yourself, troll.”
And another added: “she is STILL a stunning girl.”
Discussing her return to the ITV reality show, Lauren said: “I wasn’t nervous because Towie’s sort of my home, but I’ve been in a mum bubble so the first day of filming was a complete shock.
“It’s like driving a car though.
“You might not do it for 10 years, but hen you get back in the driver’s seat and pick it straight back up.
“You don’t forget what you’re doing.
“And when I was in mum mode, nothing else mattered for such a long time, but now I’m finding myself again.”
Lauren appeared on Towie for two years after joining as one of the original cast members in 2010.
After the show, she had a baby with Charles Drury, but the couple split shortly after the tragic death of their second child during birth, where the umbilical cord was wrapped around the neck.
Procedures Lauren has had after her past stint on the show include a breast augmentation. a Brazillian Butt Lift, lip filler and Botox.
