JOSIE Gibson has recently sparked rumours of a secret romance with Stephen Mulhern – but it’s not the only guy she’s been linked to.
Here we take a look back at some of Josie’s, 39, previous love interests – from a Big Brother star to the father of her child.
Last month Josie and Stephen was snapped backstage holding hands together during Saturday Night Takeaway, as rumours started flying that they were secretly an item.
Josie and Stephen have both been keen to shake off the rumours, making a joke out of what was seen.
So here we take a look at Josie’s exes over the years…
Big Brother’s John James Parton
The This Morning made a savage dig at her ex, John James Parton just moments after making her I’m A Celeb debut last year.
Josie compared, him to a ‘snake’.
She declared: “Snakes I’m quite good with actually, I fell in love with enough of them!”
Josie previously dated the Big Brother star in 2010 after meeting on the show – but split up shortly afterwards in a very bitter break up.
She admitted that John 34, had cheated on her.
Josie said he’d cheated during an episode of their Channel 5 reality show, There’s Something About Josie.
Josie and John went out for a year before the relationship came to a bitter end.
Ex-fiancé Luke Sanwo
Two years later she was engaged to plumber Luke Sanwo in 2012 – but they broke things off in 2015 without ever making it up the aisle.
Josie split from Sanwo after a three-year engagement because according to her, they “fell out of love”.
In 2016 she announced she was planning to travel the world after their attempt at reconciliation failed.
She told the Sun: “I’m leaving the UK. I need sun in my life now, so I’m moving to Thailand and then Indonesia in November. “It’s been a really tough winter. I feel very lonely. I split up with Luke last year, and I’ve not met anyone new and all my friends are settling down and having babies.”
In 2017 Gibson furiously slammed Luke on Twitter claiming he owes her money and was messaging her behind his girlfriend’s back.
Father of her child Terry
Josie also shares son Reggie, 5, with her other ex Terry – who she split from just five months after giving birth in 2019.
Terry is a property developer who is 15 years older than Josie.
Terry remained private about his life during their relationship despite Josie being in the public eye.
Josie has opened up in the past about her split from Terry, which happened just months after they became parents to son Reggie in 2018.
The TV personality revealed that they broke up because of the amount of arguments they were having.
Josie also revealed that Terry had been sleeping in a campervan outside their house.
In an interview with new! magazine shortly after the split, the former Big Brother winner revealed how the break up came to a head after the pair had a row centring around Terry’s OCD.
The This Morning star explained: “He’s got OCD and just after Christmas, he went mad about too many of my shoes being in the hallway.
“So I kicked off and said, ‘Well, we’ll go then!’ And he went, ‘Alright’, and bagged up our stuff, so Reggie and me headed to a hotel.”
Mystery man
Last August, Josie opened up about her dating life on Shopping with Keith Lemon.
She told the host: “There is someone in my life at the moment but it’s early stages.
“It’s that bit where you’ve got the flutters, can’t-wait-to see-them vibes, you get a little bit nervous.”
She added: “I’ve said I love you. It’s best to just get it out of the way, I don’t like playing games.”
Josie kept his identity a secret but fans speculated she might be dating celebrity hairstylist Maurice Flynn after the pair enjoyed a dinner together at LAVO in Marylebone.
Stephen Mulhern rumours
Stephen and Josie have neither confirmed nor deny the rumours, but This Morning hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard couldn’t resist stirring the pot on Tuesday.
Stephen laughed off the comment and told Ben to “shut his face” before they went to a break.
The interview around the book continued smoothly until the show wound down and Cat and Ben were quick to bring up the rumours again, prompting Stephen to break his silence.
With only seconds before the end of the show, Stephen said: “Listen, she didn’t turn up to rehearsals, I held her hand and I showed her where to stand. That is it. Finito!.”
“Uh-huh, really. Your lips are sealed?” poked Cat, while Ben said, “Me thinks he protest too much.”
As the pair burst into laughter, a flustered and red-faced Stephen asked: “Why are you doing this to me?! Unbelievable!”
The pair have been friends for years as part of ITV’s stable of talent, appearing together on Saturday Night Takeaway, This Morning and Catchphrase together among other shows.
Asked about their relationship status at the time, Josie, 39, joked: “I’m in love with Stephen Mulhern. There you go.”
She added to the Mail: “But story of my life, I don’t think he loves me.”
