IT wouldn’t be a holiday without some squabbles – and The Fortune Hotel is no different.

Ten pairs were flown out to Grenada in the Caribbean for the new ITV game show, in which they must swap suitcases in a bid to scoop a £250,000 prize.

The Fortune Hotel, hosted by Stephen Mangan, is set to feature plenty of screaming and shouting

And it sounds like there was plenty of screaming and shouting.

Discussing the contestants, which include a barrister, bartender and bricklayer, host Stephen Mangan said: “We’ve got people of all ages, from different backgrounds.

“Some got on like a house on fire. Some wanted to set each other’s houses on fire.

“Every day ends with The Night Cap at the bar, when the contestants have a chance to swap cases.”

Contestant Cherish teased: “There were frictions.”

Another hopeful Claire added: “The Night Cap was always full of drama.”

The ITV1 series kicks off on Monday at 9pm.

NETFLIX’s hit show Wednesday has hired Joanna Lumley and Billie Piper for the second season.

The series, which stars Jenna Ortega, Luis Guzman and Catherine Zeta-Jones, will also welcome Christopher Lloyd Steve Buscemi, and Thandie Newton.

CORRIE’S COREY IN RETURN

CORONATION Street killer Corey Brent will be making a return to the cobbles, of sorts.

It’s been three years since he pleaded guilty to killing Seb Franklin on the ITV1 soap.

The storyline – based on the real-life murder of Sophie Lancaster in 2007 –  saw Seb (Harry Visinoni) and his girlfriend Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher) attacked for dressing as goths.

A source said: “The fact Seb is back and they are revisiting the hate crime, shows just how important a story it was.”

It comes after news broke that one the soap’s worst villains, Nathan Curtis, is also returning.

Corey, played by Maximus Evans, will pop up in a storyline and be mentioned a lot but won’t appear in person.

A relief to those traumatised from him the first time round.

RUSS DOG IS WASTE

HAVING a dog doesn’t come cheap for Russell Howard.

The comedian recently wasted £20 picking up his Jack Russell Archie’s poo.

The costly incident happened after he took his pooch for a walk on his local high street but forgot to take a plastic bag.

Russell admitted on his podcast Wonderbox: “All I had was a £20 note. I picked the dog s**t up with the £20, but the guilt I felt for doing it was insane.

“I tried to do stand-up about it, but it didn’t work and talked to Jimmy Carr about it.

“He went, ‘Just make it a fiver!’ Simple as that.”

CHANNEL 4 is bringing back Bridget Christie’s show Change for a second series.

Last season saw Bridget’s character Linda go on a pilgrimage to Gloucestershire after starting the menopause.

As the new run starts, husband Steve, played by Omid Djalili, is trying to bring her home.

MEX A CHANGE, GUYS

THE cast of A League Of Their Own are heading to Mexico for their latest round of sporting challenges.

And they are doing it all dressed up for the country’s Day of the Dead Parade.

Team captains Jamie Redknapp and Jill Scott will go head-to-head in a Lucha Libra wrestling event, as well as taking penalties in front of 60,000 football fans.

Joined by teammates Micah Richards, Mo Gilligan and Maisie Adam, their exhilarating tasks on the Sky Max show, which starts of May 21, also include scuba diving with sea lions and performing a roller-skating routine.

And there’s all to play for, with the losers facing a terrifying forfeit – a giant bungee swing across a desert canyon.

No wonder the show synopsis warns of lots of tequila being drunk along the way.
