Kirk told fans: “1 year difference. Just been watching what I eat keeping my steps up and trying to get in the gym 1-2 times a week! #healthiswealth AND THEY NOT THE SAME SHORTS I JUST LIKE THE STYLE.”
His fans were quick to praise the star on his progress, with one writing: “The biggest win is how happy you look.”
A second gushed: “Brilliant hands up to you and looking more handsome with age.”
“You look amazing, well done Kirk. You’re like a fine wine,” a third added.
His body transformation comes after Kirk dropped the biggest hint yet that he’ll return to The Only Way Is Essex.
The business owner was one of the original Towie stars but left the show in 2012.
Now, more than a decade after quitting, Kirk has sparked rumours he’s heading back to the show.
He was on hand to support James Lock as he launched his activewear brand We Are Levo.
Kirk posed for a snap with Lockie, 36, fellow Towie OG James Argent, Jordan Brook and Dan Edgar at the event.
His night out with the Essex stars comes after Kirk confessed he would “love to” return to the show.
Speaking on A County Down Under podcast, Kirk said: “I would like – no you know what – I would love to try to go back on The Only Way Is Essex.
“I really would. That was home to me, not just the filming, the production team, the soundmen, the camera crew, like when they mic you up, that little conversation with them.”
“Because I never watched reality, even when I was on The Only Way Is Essex, I never watched it.
“I’m not on it to watch myself, I just liked… who doesn’t want to be on cameras and bright lights and everything like that you know?
“It was good, I could be the flamboyant Kirk that I liked to be.”
I realise working up a ladder clearing drains and jet-washing driveways isn’t as glamorous as being on the telly. But I wouldn’t swap things for the world
Kirk Norcross
Kirk, who appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, previously told The Sun Online the “toxic” side of fame caused him to step away from the red carpet.
“I realise working up a ladder clearing drains and jet-washing driveways isn’t as glamorous as being on the telly.
“But I wouldn’t swap things for the world. I am so glad. I am away from that life now.
“When I was on Towie I was known everywhere I went.
“I used to buy Ferarris, expensive watches and designer jeans — now I’m happy with a £20 pair from Topman.
“There is so much bulls*** going on when you live your life in the public eye.
“It can be toxic and you get surrounded by people who are fake and just hangers-on.
“And it can be a very brutal environment.
“Now I get up, go to work, keep my head down and earn a living with a bigger smile on my face.”
