A SCOTS Gladiators star revealed she is set to return for a second series of hit TV show.
Sheli McCoy, known as Sabre, confirmed she will be part of the next season of the BBC reboot of the 90s challenge show.

The telly fav, 35, joined Welsh actor and author Scott McGlynn, 36, on the latest episode of his Instagram chat show Celebrity Skin Talk.
The pair chatted on IGLive to Scott’s 241k followers about the ins and outs of her role in the cult TV show Gladiators, as well as fitnes, CrossFit and her Skincare routines.
And gym boss Sheli, of Dundee, happily clarified to Scott she would remain part of the cast for next year.
Sheli told Scott: “Season two is a goer – yeah I am there.
“I leave to go down south mid-Summer and season two is sometime July, August time but I don’t know dates.
“All I know is what has been put out on media is that season two is a go and I’ll be there.”
Scott then asked, “Are you more prepared going into it now?” a reference to the games and challenges that the Gladiators have to take part in against contenders.
Sheli continued: “I really enjoyed the time there.
“Apart from the fact it was a huge privilege, it was also really fun, all of the other guys – there are 16 of us – we just hung out, all day, drank coffee, then went out and put on a show for 3,500 people in the audience.
“Then we met loads of kids, and gave high fives and ate snacks, it was class. So I loved it.
“So I am looking forward to doing that again.
“The opportunity to be part of a group of people that get to inspire a whole generation of children, I don’t know if there is something better I could do with my life.”
She also touched upon the impact she has had on the fans of the cult Saturday night TV hit.
Sheli added: “I had no idea that millions – and I’m talking millions – had expectations of the show, previous heartthrobs, people that they idolise.
“Even now they talk about the first time they met Wolf, or Jet, or Lightening – and what that person said to them when they met. I couldn’t believe people could remember.
“Now I have met some kids, I understand it is a real.. moment in some people’s lives.”
After ten weeks of heats, quarter-finals and semi-finals, the first series of the revived Gladiators concluded back in March with an epic grand finale that saw Scots battalion commander Finlay Anderson bagged the top spot after beating finalist Wesley Malé.
We previously told how Sabre is still pumping iron– weeks after the dramatic final of the BBC hit.
And how telly boss Dan Baldwin – and hubby of Holly Willoughby – confirmed a celebrity spin-off of Gladiators.
The broadcast bigwig discussed his longer-term plans for rebooting retro favourites.
He told BBC Radio 4: “I can reveal we are going to do a celebrity special.
“You always look at old shows that are no longer on television. You are always coming up with new ways of bringing back a show.”
