CORRIE actress Tina O’Brien has given fans a rare glimpse into life on set while sharing an aspect of filming she struggled with.
The soap star, known as Sarah Platt on Coronation Street, has recently been shooting scenes set in July.
However in reality it is still spring in the UK, and the 40-year-old actress is feeling the cold in her summer clothes.
Tina shared a selfie she took in the Corrie dressing room while wearing a floral dress and black blazer.
She wrote: “Sarah-Lou’s work look. Filming for July (I wish it felt like July).”
In another snap she could be seen huddled under a fleecy robe while being exposed to the elements.
The actress added: “Filming on the cobbles in the wind and rain, thank goodness we get to wear these dry robes for our rehearsals.”
Recently fans of the ITV soap have been left worried for Tina’s job as footage was leaked of her involved in a street brawl outside her home.
She could be seen throwing punches in the vicious fight with two teenage girls.
The star was also knocked around and had her hair pulled before getting one of the youths in a headlock.
The video sent shockwaves among fans, making them wonder if Corrie bosses might axe her from the show after this public display of aggression.
A source told The Sun: “Tina came out to break things up — but ended up joining in. At one point, it ended up three-on-one with Tina and two girls against this other lass.
“She was throwing punches and also took a few blows herself.
“Watching her on Coronation Street, you wouldn’t think in a million years she’d get involved in something like this, especially in such a public place.”
A fight was believed to have broken out among two groups of teenage girls near Tina’s home in Bramhall, where she was understood to have been plagued by problems.
