The Sun has taken a look at all the latest major spoilers for the BBC medical drama.

Dylan and Stevie come together

Stevie and Dylan remain united against Patrick[/caption]

After Dylan (William Beck) previously shared documentary footage with Stevie (Elinor Lawless) which could implicate Patrick (Jamie Glover), the two remain determined to catch him out.

However, they are left frustrated when their investigations appear futile.

Both remain adamant Patrick shouldn’t be going near any patients.

By working together, Dylan and Stevie remain positive they can find something on Patrick.

Unfortunately for the duo, their plan soon backfires.

Teddy’s struggle continues

Teddy (Milo Clarke) is horrified after discovering a video of Hayley assaulting him has been posted online.

Following a difficult shift, colleague Iain (Michael Stevenson) sees the video and pushes Teddy for answers.

Later, Teddy checks his phone again and is relieved the video has been deleted – but is traumatised that his ordeal has been made public.

Jacob (Charles Venn) finds himself in a panic when he thinks baby Carter might have swallowed his keyring.

Bringing him to the ED, Siobhan runs multiple tests which confirm nothing was swallowed at all.

While Siobhan does become concerned by a rash on Carter’s face, further investigations also come back clear.

Later, Jacob attempts to reach out to son Blake after feeling emotional from the day’s events.

Patrick’s true colours are revealed

Patrick sabotages one of Stevie’s patients[/caption]

While Stevie is distracted, Patrick jeopardises the care of her patient Omari by clamping his drain.

Stevie remains confused as to why Omari’s condition has worsened and why his stability has experienced a fast decrease.

As planned, Patrick swoops in to ‘save the day’ by removing the hidden clamp and receives a hero’s applause.

Unbeknownst to Patrick, Rush (Neet Mohan) has spotted him in the act.

Later, Rush catches Patrick in the lift and questions him over the pocketed clamp, but Patrick dismisses him.

While basking in the praise from junior doctors, Patrick asks Stevie and Dylan to come to his office.

Informing them he is aware of their conspiracy to ‘damage his reputation’, Patrick warns the pair they won’t get away with it.

Teddy’s day takes a further turn when he learns (through Ngozi) that Jan (Di Botcher) is looking for him.

While in the ambulance station, Jan gently approaches Teddy about the video, explaining she has seen it and that he was sexually assaulted.

However, despite Jan’s good intentions, Teddy struggles to control his emotions and lashes out.

Ngozi feels pushed out

Ngozi feels put out in upcoming scenes[/caption]

Nicole (Sammy T. Dobson) is anxious ahead of her first scan but is left disappointed when Rosie, the woman she is a surrogate for, is unable to make it on time.

Due to this, Ngozi (Adesuwa Oni) offers to come for moral support instead, which is gratefully accepted by Nicole.

When Rosie turns up at the last minute, Ngozi decides to leave them to it although she can’t help feeling put out by the bond shared between the two women.

Recent storylines have also seen a beloved character quit the hospital after a string of brutal setbacks.

Casualty continues on Saturday on BBC One with previous episodes available to stream on iPlayer.
